Day twenty-nine
A song from your childhood.
I sat here forever puzzling about this stupid song.
I literally couldn't remember a single song from my childhood that I wanted to post.
For real.
I even called Amy and asked for help. And she, being a nice sister, threw out loads of suggestions. To all of which, I kept saying, "Nope. Nope. Nope. Nope. Nope. Nope. Nope. Noooopety no. WHAT!? NO! Never listening to that again. Nope."
I almost posted the 50 States that Rhyme song. But I couldn't find the version I wanted. (it's thanks to that song that I can list every State without hesitation.)
So I rejected some more of Amy's ideas before finally coming up with my own.
This song's always been one of my favorite oldies. My dad used to sing it all the time, and I dunno. It just makes me happy to listen to it. Which is weird, because it's really kind of sad. Hehehe!

I used to listen to this song a lot, and then I forgot about it. I will have to add it to my old song list. (With Whispering Pines and that Grimm song. "Sweet dreams are made of these! To admire to disagree." Or something like that.)

(Because I know you love Baby as much as I do...though I don't think we love it as much as Dean because that would be impossible. But, anyways, BABY IS BACK!) I am such a huge nerd right now. I never call cars by names, even if their own gave them one. It's just...it' Baby!!!

DeleteYES!! *Happy dance* I was like, "I can't remember if I saw pictures of Baby in the eighth season. Oh no!" But now that it is back, that makes me joyous, because I was genuinely worried. lol. Impalas are always Baby and those-cars-that-Gus-drives are always Blueberries, but other than that, cars are just 'it' for me too. lol.
I think Dean loves Baby as much as the Doctor loves the TARDIS.

That's a cute song. The lyrics are kind of sad. But the music isn't it. It makes it sound sweet for some reason. It's an odd melody for sad lyrics.
