Picture Saturday || Again

When I get obsessed with something, I draw for it.

That's just the way I roll.

So we have fanart for the Ascendance Trilogy.

1.) Le coin roll from the first book....which started out super well, and then ended up looking like this.

I like it...... but it's just enough off to make my skin crawl.

2.) Le picture that applauds Jaron and Tobias's epic friendship.

I liked how the original sketch turned out, so I'm posting both the before and after shots.

3.) Le quote from the last book that made me go "Oooo-ho-hoh, Jaron."

 4.) And then we have the random collage thing that I'm still working on. I was listening to Dance by Mario Frangoulis, and was just like, "Gotta draw something."

Let's dance, like there's nobody watching,
sing, as if no one is listening to
what you're hearing.
Love like you've never been hurt before.
Forget where our feet will land
And just
Dance

Boom! Done.

I am a ninja.

And now I have disappeared.

Yours truly:

Picture Saturday || Mostly gushing.

So this week, I was not drawing much.

I either draw non-stop, or I don't draw at all, and there is no in between.

Seeooooooooo.

Le Completed Dragon. (Which turned out with me going, "Hmm. I can do better, we go again?")

Okay, there's this series that Le Jack made me read.

And it turned out to be the reason why I didn't draw this week. I sat there going, "ASDLKFJASDFK. *dead*"

I haven't been so emotionally involved in a book since the Attolia series. (Eugenides, anyone??)

OHMYGOSH, YOU GUYS! Read the books. Reeeeaaad the books. I might see if I can do an official review about the series, because honestly, they are amazing. I plan to own them. (My birthday is in July, if anyone loves me.)

So much loooove.

So I immersed myself in the series this week, and read them in like four days. And then I finished the last book yesterday, and was like:

Cue le fanart.

I really recommend those books. *nods*

Anyway, someone just turned on Real Steel, and since my life revolves around boxing movies....

I'm just gonna...

gonna....
