I wanted words, but all I heard was nothing.

I'm back.

Again!

Day eleven, as you can see, requires me to post a song from my favorite band.

I don't actually have a favorite band.

I love everyone!!

*awkward silence.* Okay, I lied.

Anyway, the really  good bands are already claimed by my sisters. And since I'm making it my goal in life not to post the same songs on the same day, I had to chose something other than the Piano Guys, and Boyce Avenue, and Mumford and Sons.

So I'm posting Nothing by the Script. I really like it a lot.

And my mates are all there trying to calm me down
'Cause I'm shouting your name all over town
I'm swearing if I go there now
I can change her mind, turn it all around

And I know that I'm drunk but I’ll say the words
And she'll listen this time even though they’re slurred
So I, dialed her number and confessed to her
"I'm still in love"
but all I heard was nothing.
Oh, I got nothing.

Tomorrow is Saturday, and I'm planning a more fun post.

You guys aren't getting bored with all these "look at my music" posts, are you?

That'd be awkward.

*Grin*

But if you like it, then I shall be pleased.

And now I need to get ready to have pie at a friend's house.

To quote my favorite person....

I love me some pie.

Cheers!

Random thoughts

The Sierras have numerous lakes speckling the mountain sides.

Yesterday we went on a hike.

There was one heck of a view.

My mood at this time: Sort of.... melancholy. Like...... I think I might need to go use that punching bag which is currently standing in the closet of my bedroom.

Currently loving: Allied P.O.W.s during WWII. I think I will end up doing a post on them sometime in the near-ish future. They are awesome.

Currently reading: Just finished Howl's Moving Castle by Diana Wynne Jones. She was a brilliant author and I love her books. The Colditz Story by P. R. Reid, and Moonless Night by Jimmy James. They are incredible books which will be included in my P.O.W post. :)

Currently watching: Doctor Who, Remington Steele (only the clean ones, the later seasons can get a little.... not clean.) Hogan's Heroes, Tintin, and the Avengers. We watch a lot of movies/TV shows.

Currently listening to: Les Miserables musical, the Clancy Brothers, the Script's Hall of Fame, and Awake by Josh Groban.

Currently planning: To go and take pictures of leaf trees. Lots of pictures. Maybe have a photo-shoot.
I also really want to find more time to draw, I've been super busy.
I want to watch The Great Escape again.
I want to write some more in my W.I.P.
I must find a way to make my school research paper as epic as I want it to be.
I should wash our doggeh, Sam.

That's all for today peoples! :)

God bless,

Treskie

Some complaining and a few odd pictures...

We've been having internet difficulties.

We switched service providers because the newer one is faster and cheaper than the old one. Which is nice.... But at the moment--while we wait for a router which probably won't arrive until next week--our internet is somewhat sketchy.

Sniffle.

So if I've been terrible about commenting, I'm sorry! I will be better when the router arrives. :)

Six Random Facts:

1.) There's something wrong with my mom's computer. The fan must be broken or something, because it sounds just like the T.A.R.D.I.S. when it turns on. No. Joke. She turns it on and I get an almost uncontrollable urge to scream, "Where is he? Where's the Doctor?"

2.) I wish the days would decide what kind of weather they're going to have. It's like 30 degrees in the morning (which is cold when your window has a leak) and then it gets up to like 65 in the afternoon, so it's too cold to wear summer clothes, but then it's too warm to even consider winter clothes.

This displeases me.

4.) I want to get the fourth season of Leverage.

5.) My sister and I are planning to have a friend come over this weekend so that we can let her listen to Les Miserables the whole way through.(I think we usually skip two or three of the nastier songs. Just....... FYI.) The aforementioned friend has only ever heard bits and pieces of it, so we decided that she must hear the whole musical before she watches the movie. (Squeeeee! That movie looks amazing, doesn't it? Hugh Jackman and Russel Crowe together? I'm going to be crying so much. Little Fall of Rain, anyone? Javert's Suicide? *sigh*) It ought to be fun.

6.) I love this song. The end. Don't ask why.

7.) Can anyone else totally relate?

Righty! That's about all I have to say on the matter.

Don't forget to enter my giveaway! It ends on October first, peoples.

Until I have an internet connection next time!

God bless
