But I'm posting anyway.

I woke up with a start a few days ago and proceeded to facepalm in dismay.

Because, holy heck no, I haven't posted in like two months.

I'm appalled at myself.

I'm sorry, guys. It's been a weird couple of weeks. And I haven't drawn hardly at all, I haven't had the energy.

That being said, I will try to be better, but I make no promises, because I just don't know if I can keep them.

I very much apologize for being gone so long. I haven't been reading or commenting on blogs either. I'm a horrible human.

But for now... Please observe my art. *Bows*

1.) Here, we have the first hug of the evening. It's cute. It's cuddly. Her hair makes me happy.

 2.) This one is just different. I'm not sure about it. I like her ponytail. She's probably listening to a musical or something.

 3.) I call this one, "Art block at it's finest,"

 4.) "Art block 2.0"

 5.) My sister-in-law asked me to draw a thing, and I did, and I'm mostly pleased with it. But it could use some tweaking.

 6.) The "Memorare" is a great prayer.

(I'm absurdly happy with that veil. Like YES, it actually looks like LACE!)

 7.) We listened to a version of Phantom of the Opera that none of us had heard before. It was an old version ('88, I believe?), with Michael Ball, Dave Willets, and Rebecca Caine, and oh my my. Can we talk about how the earlier casts actually kept the tune? And got their timing right?
And the Phantom didn't scream "GAO KNAOW AND LIIEEAVE MAAAEEE!"??*

*Go now and leave me

8.) What's happening in this one? I have no idea. But I don't like it. Like... at all.

9.) *Whistles*

10.) This cuteness. 

11.) MAX! He hasn't shown up in a while. Poor Max.... I'm not wild about the way the post turned out, but Max is such a sad potato here. 

12.) So.. sometimes when Kate is recovering from injuries, she wears Tristan's shirt cause it's looser and more comfortable. Tristan thinks it's adorable.

13.) And sometimes even the toughest, most hardcore leaders need someone to hug them and let them know they're doing a good job.

Yeah.

I don't know, guys. I've just been... out of it lately. I'm trying to work drawing into my daily routine again, but I'm having a hard time with it, so please bear with me. :)

Picture Saturday- May

So it's May.

When did that happen? It was April yesterday, I'm positive.

I don't know where the first part of May went. (Oh wait, it might have been sucked into the death hole known as Mother's Day week at the flower shop.)

Last week I was recovering from Mother's Day.

I'm so tired, you guys. I'm so tired. I'm just at this point in my life where I'm always tired, always stressed, and always emotional. Like what the freak?

I've been too tired to draw. That's how I gauge how tired I actually am-- If I still feel like drawing, I'm not that tired. If I don't, I am wiped out.

So yeah. In case you haven't figured it out yet, I repeat again, I am tired.

And I'm currently experiencing homesickness for a place that's not even home.

*Irritate Treskie noises*


Anyway, I'm planning on doing a life-update post sometime soonish, maybe at the end of the month I'll do a recap of the last few weeks, because life's been hectic!

So let's get started on this, because we're going to early Mass tomorrow, and since the church is a few hours away, it translates into me getting up at 5am. (My whole body is informing me that this is a bad idea, but I'm like.... Confession.)

1.) I'm back into drawing Tristan and Co after ages of ignoring them... (They made some dubious decisions that I had to wrap my head around before I could speak to them again.)

"Like what?" "Like you're gonna kiss her."

2.) Ehem, I don't think The Bad Guy, (AKA Freaky Freddie) is going to keep the name Fred, because it's not... evil... it's just... boring. It should be something that sounds evil.

Mwuahahaaha

3.) Enjoy some people kissing, cause I'm a sap.

4.) Sometimes Tyler does stuff for Kate, and tries to guilt-trip her into being nice to him.

5.) Sometimes I don't even know what the freak is going on.

6.) Other times I draw people kissing some more.

7.) Sometimes, Tyler catches Tristan and Kate alone in the kitchen and even though they're just talking, he doesn't like it, because he doesn't actually like Tristan. And since he's not a morning person, catching them in the kitchen first thing in the morning does not do good things to his attitude.

Yeah that's.... that's about it for me this week. I will probably edit this post tomorrow and add the thing I did for Joe and Jessi's wedding, but it's not done uploading to youtube yet, and I have to go to bed.

Like I said, I'm kind of wiped out.

So here's the deal with the thing I did for Joe and Jessi. I drew them a book, and gave it a cover and everything, and it's basically the main points of how they met and their courtship. I put it to the lyrics of Photograph by Ed Sheeran, because that's their wrong and it did something to me lol. So here you go, quick look. Hope you like it. :)

Picture Saturday- Rush rush rush.

I am in such a hurry tonight!

We're going to go watch Marry Poppins (the musical) and I may or may not have put off this post just like... two minutes too long.

So we'll get right to it, shall we?

1.) I may have drawn my cousin and her boyfriend.

2.) Twice.

3.) I colored in a thing.

4.) I drew Tristan....

5.) I drew Kate. (Kate gets hurt at one point. It's awkward.)

6.) So I cheered myself up by coloring in Max stealing cookies.

7.) I drew a cute little knight.

8.) I did some fanart for the  Finding Neverland musical.

9.) I drew this random guy that I like the angle on.

10.) I drew I've Decided to Marry You because A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder is hilarious. (Must color it in next time. Yesss.)

11.) I drew Phoebe D'Ysquith.

12.) More Finding Neverland.... because that musical is really, really good.

13.) Totally colored in Christine.

14.) Also Matt. I can't help myself.

Picture Saturday-- Or is it?

Wherein this post should have been up yesterday.

But it was raining, and a friend came up, and we watched Sleepy Hollow.

All day.

No regrets.

So today results in a belated Picture Saturday, because as long as I get it up at some point during the weekend I feel I have accomplished something.

Also, I'm getting a bit stumped on what to say now, because I keep thinking about other stuff I should be doing.

What do I do when I have writer's block?

I MAKE LISTS!


1.) Here, have some more Phantom, because Christine's hair is super fun to draw. I GET CARRIED AWAY WITH IT! Like, "And another curl and another curl-- just... one more. Okay. Two."

2.) Here, have the really quick character sketch I did for Amy, because I'm an awesome sister and I really like Paul.

3.) Here, look at this finished header I did for Hannah's blog.

4.) Here, let's get to know one of Tristan's friends. Her name is Kate, and she's a tough cookie... and yes. She likes wearing plaid flannel. (Also, the scanner I've been using does this thing where it smooths out all my lines. Which is nice, but it's also frustrating, because a lot of these pictures are rougher that they show up as on here, and it bothers me when it doesn't look the exact same as it does on paper.)

5.) Kate also worries about people and bites her thumb nail. (And she puts her hair in a french braid ponytail because reasons.)

6.) Tristan likes to tease her because she gets very heated, and it makes him laugh. (Yes, Tristan can laugh, it's just a rare and beautiful thing lol.)

7.) I figured out what one of other guys look like! (Tristan has three friends, two guys and Kate.) His name is Max and he introduces himself as "the pretty one." and I... love him.

Oh yeah, btw, Tristan's only like... 5'8"

8.) As I've mentioned before, one of the boys is going to die. I don't know which one, whether is Max or... or... I don't know the other one's name yet..... but one of them will die, and it will hurt. And so, I sort of drew it...late at night.

9.) Sometimes Tristan Ross gets mad and yells at people. (And it's hawt.)

The problem is, Bella and Jack are hounding me to write this stupid story.

But, A.) I don't write, because I suck at it, and I get mad. B.) Even if I was inclined to write this one, I have no plot, and I can't think of a plot, except that Tristan and gang are prolly about 18-20, and they live/hide in a bunker type place, and by night, sometimes they sabotage stuff. But I don't know what kind of stuff, why they're sabotaging it, or who the bad guy is, or why he has a personal vendetta against Tristan and gang.

Do you guys even like hearing about Tristan?

Anyway....

10.) Oh look, here's a pretty girl, that Amy said looked like I was trying to genderbend Harry Potter. (I wasn't.)

11.) And... because I have a forever ongoing obsession with a certain musical that I'm sure I've driven you all to hate...
