Picture Saturday -

You didn't think I was going to post this, did you.

You thought I'd forgotten about this hadn't you.

FOOLED YOU!

I have come!

I'm so good.

Anyway, there's not a whole lot, considering the amount of time between picture saturdays, but whatever, I don't care. We shall start now.

1.) The one I drew on Good Friday when I was feeling like a beast.

2.) And the other one, because honesty, His mother stood by him the whole time and that takes courage.

3.) I was inspired when I went to Fallen Leaf Lake.

4.) Sooooooooooo inspired.

5.) And then I wanted to try to break out of my "all my characters look the same" mold. So thuggy men.

6.) We rewatched Into the Woods the other day* and I have this headcannon where, after the affects of the giant, the Baker took Jack and Red Riding Hood on as apprentices at his shop. And when he retired they took over and got married... and she still loves food.

I need to color it in, but whatever.
*Aaaaaaaaaaagony, far more painful than youuuuuurs!

7.) Sketches....

8.) The random Star Trek lady.

9.) We've been on a musicals high lately, so I drew a rather creepy picture of Jekyll and Hyde and I think I like it.

10.) MY BROTHER GOT ME A 72 PACK OF COPIC MARKERS AND I'M SORT OF IN COLOR HEAVEN. I mean. COPICS. Ehehehehehe. Reason #4550 why my brother is better than yours.

And then I promptly got sick and was too tired to use them. So I shall figure out how to use them better next week. Lalalalala.

SO MANY COLORS.
SO MANY CHOICES.
SO MUCH LOVE.

That is all.

I'm going to watch Gilbert&Sullivan's HMS Pinafore (with Anthony Warlow!!)

Goodnight.

    1. Oooof course your did, and that is why I love you lol. XD

Yeah, I like the Good Friday ones too. I need to start drawing more holy pictures because I don't enough, and they tend to turn out really well, sooo. Ehem.

I like the splashy lake girls. They're cute. They remind me of me and Sammi. hahah.

WELL DON'T THEY LOOK LIKE THUG MEN? DON'T THEY?

RIGHT? RIGHT?? I LOVE THEM, I SHIP THEM. THEY'RE ADORABLE.

The boy fairy looks like a mischievous snit.

Star Trek is only for people who don't mind extreme CORNY and Sci-fi. You would not do well with that show.

THAT JEKYLL AND HYDE ONE TURNED OUT A LITTLE CREEPY. BUT YEAH, I LOVE HENRY.

      *steals back* no mine.

THEY ARE SO MUCH FUNNNNNN. OMG, I JUST SIT THERE LOOKING AT THEM AND CALCULATING HOW MANY MONTHS I WOULD HAVE HAD TO SAVE UP TO BUY THEM.

Thank you that's fun. (Jump high five reminds me of something those stupid boys in your book would do.)

      *vanishes*

  3. I love the Good Friday ones so much! They are amazing.

And the two girls splashing each other. XD

The Into the Woods one is the best. I agree with your after story. Jack and Red definitely got together. (I like how you drew Jack. He's so adorable!)

    1. Awww, thanks. :) I like them too, they turned out really well.

Yeah, that one's loosely based off me and a friend of mine. XD

I LOVE THAT PICTURE IT'S SO CUTE. ehem, yeah, I sometimes fangirl over my own art. lol. I shipped them so hard though. I was looking at reference pictures so I could sort of make them look similar to their characters. XD

  4. I remember the two headed man. He talked to himself and sang songs by himself and had only one friend. He reminded me of Jack......

    1. The two headed man makes me very sad, because he was only wanting to make the world BETTER and he got it so WRONG. Poor man. I love his sad little face.

Mm, Jack doesn't kill people though.
Jack doesn't only have one friend either.
      *hugs Jack*

  5. That Henry/Edward one....I'm just....NOOOOPE.

Henry is like one of my favoritest characters EVER. He's just so kind, and gentlemanly, and would never dream of using anyone when it would be easy and he's just....adorable. *cries*

I like the picture of Jack and Red. SO CUUUUTE. And the star trek girl. Heeeee! And the girls playing in the water.

I just like them all, okay.

    'kay bye!

  6. FORGOT TO ADD...YOUR BROTHER! WORKING IN MICHAELS I KNOW HOW EXPENSIVE THOSE COPICS ARE! LIKE...HOW MUCH.....? O__O Daaaang. My own brother gave Molly a gift card to a restaurant for her birthday....the same one I gave him for Christmas which he never used. Yeah he's cheep. But we love him anyway. He's a special cupcake. *smirk*

    1. EHehehe. I've been drawing from a lot of musicals lately. JEKYLL AND HYDE IS *SAD*
Henry just wanted to make the world a better place it misfired terribly. *terribly* "Weeeeigh the potential the great possibilities, colleagues, dear friends, understand... we have the chance to make *history* here in our haaaands"

Jack and Red is currently my most favorite. The Star Trek girl probably took like fifteen minutes, and the girls playing in the water turned out way better than I expected.

      Okay...

HE GOT THEM OFF EBAY, AND SAYS IT WAS A REALLY GOOD DEAL BUT STILL. I'M DYING HERE. (And I know how much they cost too, I bought two of them.)
Ehe, yeah, my brother is not a cheapskate, he's.... he *loves* giving pressies. Lol. :)

  7. I laughed. So hard. At the thug men.

I dunno if Hannah told you I have this idea for a "hugs for thugs" campaign. T-shirts and stuff. "Thugs are people too" and all that. So yes, the thug men made my day.

    1. Ooof course you did. THEY ARE THUGGY MEN!!!! lol.

Wow, you would be the sort of person to have a "hugs for thugs" campaign. LOL. I thought you didn't like hugs though, so how's that gonna work out for you?? XD

    2. When I raise enough money I will hire huggy people to hug thugs for me.
