Picture Saturday: In-depth doodles

I love doodling.

It's such fun to do, and my imagination goes wild after the first few. I've come up with the best story plots while doodling. (Whether I've gotten around to writing out said story plots is an entirely different matter...one I will not go into at this time. The end.)

Doodling is like doing tongue twisters before a speech or lip rolls before singing. It warms up your drawing hand and relaxes everything. It's such the best. =)

I hate the ballet slippered leg. So much.

But she makes up for it.

God bless!

    1. Awww thanks! Noses are super hard, that's why I'm better with the less detailed faces. :)

    2. Aye, that makes sense. I just adore how you made her hair have depth and texture to it as well.

  5. Oh yes, Watson is wonderful!!! One of the best parts of Sherlock.

Blech, I don't like the word rather so I feel bad for you. But yes, having that one annoying word we always use can be a pain. And one would think, since we use is always, we would be aware of it while we write and not use it...but nope.

    1. Isn't he just? Have you seen the end of the second season? (I think it's best to skip the first episode, there's just too much nastiness in it.) I will say unabashedly that I cried rather hard at the end of the final episode. Sniffle. Martin Freeman is such a good actor, I cannot WAIT for the Hobbit!

And yeah, you'd think we'd notice, wouldn't you? But it's like using the word "like" all the time when you're speaking. (for me at least) I know I say it a lot, but I just can't stop myself. lol

      God bless!
