A giveaway and other things of meager importance!

So.

I'm back!

Right, I've been meaning do this for a while, but it completely slipped my mind.

Hilda is having a giveaway over at her blog! And it is a fun giveaway. And y'all should enter it. Soon. Enter it soon, because you'd win this:

and this:

Both of which would be fun to own, would they not?

Anyway, to enter, one must answer the questions below. (there are other ways to enter, if you follow the above link.)

QUESTIONS:

1.) If you could spy without being seen, which celebrity would you spy on?
You know, honestly? I don't think I would.... I sort of stalk all my favorite celebrities online, but other than that, honest-to-goodness spying on them seems a liiiittle bit creepy.

2.) What would you do if you teleported over to your celeb's house?
     Probably freak out.

 Maybe hyperventilate a little.

Eh... Maybe if I was feeling like.... super brave....

3.) Would you lend your magical ring to someone else? Who?
Probably one of my sisters or my best friend.

4.) Would you spy on your crush and friends?
No! No no no. That's not me at all. I feel bad eavesdropping

5.) Would you tell anyone of your secret (magical ring) ?
A magical ring? A... ring... of power? *cue Lord of the Rings music*

You know, to be honest, I don't think I'd be able to keep the secret. I'd be like, "LOOK AT THIS RING!"

6) What would you wish for?
Hmm... Maybe to be less of an introvert.

7.) Finally, why would you like to win this giveaway? Be honest. ;)
Books, my dear Hilda, are always a lovely thing. Indeed. I would like to win.

Right, on to the things of meager importance.

Kat, Amy, my mom, and I all went out shopping today. (World Market, thrift stores, Michaels, Barne&freakingNoble.....)

And I got books.

I got I'd Tell You I Love You but then I'd Have to Kill You, which is the first book of the Gallagher Girls series. (seriously, a must read series. So funny and clever.)

And I also got a beautiful copy of The Virginian, which is a really good book that... I surprised myself by thoroughly enjoying.

Both of those were at the thrift store for insanely good prices.

And then we went to B&N, and I saw the newly released last book of the Gallagher Girls series. I had a minor freak out moment, because I've sort of been dying to know what the heck happens.

So I bought it.

And I regret nothing.

Seriously, if you've never read the Gallagher Girls, you're really missing out.

And now that I have bored you all silly.

I shall bid you all a very fond farewell.

Cheers!

    1. Once cannot say Barne&Noble without adding the FREAKING between it. LOL. I don't like spying on people. I did it once, and I almost went to confession over it. lol.

Are you doing the giveaway by who has the MOST entries? Or are you doing it where every entry is put in a hat or something and randomly chosen?

      Cheers

    2. Aw so wonderful of you BIG HUGS. If God sends me a friend, I want her to be like you. ❤ You have a wonderful soul.

Choosing a winner? oh I'm going to count each blog post and comments spammed on my blog link where the giveaway post is. The more comments, the chances of winning. in other words, spam me all you like because it will increase your chances of winning. Then I will count each one, write it down, and see who has the most entries (comments/points) . The first top two will be winners of a signed copy of my book and a beautiful ring.

Hre's the link where you can spam me. The giveaway ends his weekend.

  3. The Virginian!!!!! That is a GOOD book!!!!!!

I've never read Gallagher Girls. In fact, coughcough- I can't say I've even HEARD of the series before. At least, not to remember right off the top of my head, or the bottom either.

    1. It is!! It's like a John Wayne movie written down. lol. I liked the character developments. :D

The Gallagher Girls is a really good series. It's not *that* well known... but it's one of my favorites. It's about teenage spies. LOL. They're funny and clever, and the girls act like *real* teenage girls without being bratty or rebellious or annoying. Definitely a girl's book.... the series gets more serious as it goes along. .... Ally Carter is a good author. Definitely one of the best modern writers. OOH OH! If you're not wild about the Gallagher Girls you should try Heist Society. It's like Ocean's Eleven for kids. Even my mom likes those. LOL.

    1. lol. It's such an awesome place! Oh oh! My whole family has gotten into the habit of saying things like Berns&Nerble... Gersh. Mermmy.

Haha, I can't even imagine what would happen if that actually happened. I mean, what do you do? Lie in wait until they come out of their house and then be like, "OOOOOOOOOOOOOH. IT'S YOU. I LOVE YOU. MARRY ME." LOL.

Really!? You *have* been gone a while! <3 you too. I'm so happy you're not leaving the blogging world for good. I missed you!

  6. Ahahaha loving the Up picture! But I would totally spy on my I-hate-this-word-crush. this may sound creepy - in fact it is - but I am afflicted by OCNKPD (Obsessive Compulsive Not Knowing Panic Disorder) and I crave knowledge of EVERYTHING IN HIS LIFE and I WISH I KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING AT THIS EXACT MOMENT and yeah. ~nods~

    1. The Up picture is just so accurate, isn't it!?

LOL. I"m sure most people would spy on their crush. I just know I've never actually had one on someone who isn't fictional, so I guess I can't *really* understand people who have that unfortunate affliction for someone they actually know. :) (Hey, Emily... is he cute? LOL)
